Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship Pan-India to approximately 26,000 PIN codes across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. This includes Tier-1 metros, Tier-2 cities, and most Tier-3 towns. For remote or hilly areas (such as parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep), delivery is handled by India Post and may take additional time. To check whether your PIN code is serviceable, you can enter it on the product page or during checkout; an "Out of Delivery Area" message will appear if your PIN is not currently covered.

2. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched (business days exclude Sundays and gazetted national holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day, subject to packing queue.

• Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• ₹99 flat fee for orders below ₹999.

3. Express Delivery

Express delivery (estimated 1–2 business days) is available for orders shipping to select metropolitan areas: Mumbai, Delhi NCR (including Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad), Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The express option will appear at checkout if your delivery PIN qualifies. Express is available regardless of order value.

• ₹199 flat fee for express delivery.

Express delivery is handled by Bluedart priority service and is available on orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

4. Courier Partners

We work with the following logistics partners to serve different regions:

• Delhivery: Primary partner for standard delivery across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
• Bluedart: Primary partner for express delivery and select metro areas; also used for high-value shipments above ₹5,000.
• India Post: Used for remote, hilly, and island territories where private couriers do not operate. Delivery via India Post may take 7–12 business days for such areas.

The courier partner assigned to your order is determined automatically at the time of dispatch based on your PIN code, order value, and selected delivery speed. You cannot choose a specific courier partner; however, all partners provide tracking.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000 in total value, subject to your delivery PIN being COD-enabled. A handling fee of ₹49 is charged for COD orders, displayed separately at checkout. COD is not available on orders above ₹15,000 as a fraud-prevention measure. For high-value orders, we recommend paying online via UPI or card for a smoother experience. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if your PIN code has a high RTO (return-to-origin) history.

6. Order Processing Window

All Karigari orders are hand-packed at our Mumbai fulfilment centre. Standard orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. For sale events and peak periods (Diwali, Navratri, Eid, Republic Day sale), processing may extend to 48–72 hours due to higher order volumes. During such periods, we advise ordering well in advance if you require delivery by a specific date. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

7. Order Tracking

Every Karigari order is assigned a unique tracking ID in the format KAR###### (six digits). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order:

• On the Track Order page at karigaricraft.shop — enter your Karigari order ID.
• Directly on the courier partner's website using the courier tracking ID provided in your dispatch email.
• Via the Delhivery or Bluedart mobile apps, if applicable.

8. Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including your flat/house number, building name, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code. We are unable to redirect shipments once they are in transit. In the event of a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of order, re-shipping charges at the standard rate will apply. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

9. Failed Deliveries and Return to Origin

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts at your address on separate days. After three failed attempts (or if the package is unclaimed), the shipment will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to our Mumbai fulfilment centre. In the case of a prepaid order, you will receive a refund of the product value within 7–10 business days of the package reaching us, minus the original outward shipping fee if the delivery failure was due to incorrect address or refusal to accept. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available at the address during business hours or provide an alternate contact number in your delivery instructions.

10. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship exclusively within India at this time. We are working to add international delivery to select countries and will announce this via our newsletter and website when it becomes available.
